RelyData offers three types of partner programs. Partners can participate in any or all of the available program types. These programs provide Partners with maximum flexibility in marketing Control Your ID to their consumers and match the program characteristics to a Partner’s business objectives and delivery model.

Sponsorship Programs

Sponsorship programs have the following features.

1. Partner Paid. Control Your ID solutions must be purchased by the Sponsoring Partner.
2. Stand-alone or Bundled. May be gifted to eligible consumers or sold to them as part of a bundle with the Partner’s core products or services subject to the terms and limitations of RelyData’s Partner agreement
3. CYID Branding. Consumers enrolled through Sponsor Partners receive the same services as those who purchase from our website without benefit of a Sponsor. Sponsor Partners may use the CYID brand on their own website or marketing materials to promote sales subject to the terms and limitations of RelyData's Partner agreement.

Advantages of Sponsorship Programs

Sponsorship programs allow Partners to purchase large quantities of Control Your ID subscriptions at a discounted rate compared with our retail prices. Sponsors typically gift the Control Your ID solution to all eligible consumers, however these consumers may be new or existing customers of the Partner. Sponsor Partners may integrate their enrollment process with RelyData or may simply refer consumers to enroll via the Control Your ID website. Whether offered as a reward to existing customers, as a recruitment or loyalty bonus or as an enhancement to an existing bundle of products or services, Sponsor Partners program enhance the value delivered to consumers for a very low cost. Sponsor programs are also ideal for limited duration situations such as breach response situations where an organization wishes to provide Control Your ID solutions to a specific group of consumers for a fixed length of time.

Restrictions of Sponsorship Programs

Control Your ID solutions cannot be resold to the consumer on their own at any price. Most Sponsorship programs are gifted to the end consumer or bundled with the Partner’s core product or service as a distinguishing feature and value added-benefit compared with competitive offerings. Most programs have minimum subscriber volume requirements although ramp-up periods and volume discounts may be available. Sponsor partners have trade off control over branding and customer communications in exchange for the lowest possible prices and easy of operations. Partners seeking to generate immediate revenue should consider our Affiliate program. Those seeking more control and tighter integration with RelyData should consider our Reseller program.

Example Programs

The following are just a few examples of acceptable Programs and do not include all possible configurations:

1. Employers sponsoring Control Your ID solutions as a free benefit to their employees and families
2. Insurance companies seeking to enhance their P&C or identity theft insurance programs
3. Data breached organization that wishes to create a limited-duration program for affected consumers
