RelyData offers three types of partner programs. Partners can participate in any or all of the available program types. These programs provide Partners with maximum flexibility in marketing Control Your ID to their consumers and match the program characteristics to a Partner’s business objectives and delivery model.

Reseller Programs

Reseller programs have the following features.

1. Partner Paid. Control Your ID solutions are paid for by the Reseller Partner
2. Wholesale Pricing. Partners receive significant reductions off the retail price of Control Your ID
3. Bundled. May be gifted to eligible consumers or sold to them as part of a bundle with Partner's core products or services subject to the terms and limitations of RelyData's Partner agreement

Advantages of Reseller Programs

Reseller Partners have the greatest flexibility of in how Control Your ID solutions are marketed to consumers. Rather than compete directly with RelyData, Partners are expected to have their own customer base of new or existing consumers already purchasing the Affiliate Partner’s core product or service. For a low wholesale price, Partners are able to add a high value component to their bundled offering at a very low cost while maintaining primary control over branding and the customer experience.

Restrictions of Reseller Programs

Control Your ID solutions cannot be resold to the consumer on their own at any price. Reseller Partners are responsible for creating the bundled offering purchased by consumers, enrolling consumers and sending registration information to RelyData. RelyData offers a technical guide and support to make sharing the enrollment information easy and set-up can be accomplished in as little as three days but the Partner is responsible for its own development and maintenance costs. Most programs have minimum subscriber volume requirements although ramp-up periods and volume discounts may be available. Partners who want an even easier program where Control Your ID is gifted to consumers should the benefits of a Sponsor program. Those seeking the fastest and easiest way to generate revenue without costs should consider an Affiliate program.

The following are just a few examples of acceptable Programs and do not include all possible configurations:

1. Bank seeking to differentiate its products by incorporating Control Your ID as a customer benefit while maintaining maximum control over branding and the customer experience
2. Anti-virus software company seeking to encourage consumer upgrades to its premium service by incorporating Control Your ID and/or other additional features as a benefit of upgrading
3. Home security company seeking to enhance retention by adding Control Your ID
