Affiliates

RelyData offers three types of partner programs. Partners can participate in any or all of the available program types. These programs provide Partners with maximum flexibility in marketing Control Your ID to their consumers and match the program characteristics to a Partner’s business objectives and delivery model.

Affiliate Programs

Affiliate programs have the following key features.

1. Consumer Paid: CYID services must be purchased by the Consumer through the CYID website.
2. Commissions: When consumers enter your unique program code they often receive a discount and RelyData pays the Partner a commission on the purchase.
3. CYID Branding: Consumers enrolled through Affiliate Partners receive the same services as those who purchase from our website without benefit of an Affiliate. Affiliates may use the CYID brand on their own website or marketing materials to promote sales subject to the terms and limitations of RelyData’s Partner agreement.

Advantages of Affiliate Programs

Affiliate programs allow organizations to generate additional revenue simply by making referrals to Control Your ID. Alternatively, Affiliate partners may forgo their commission in favor of added price discounts for their referral consumers. Partners get paid for all enrollments made using your unique partner code. Affiliate partners are not subject to any minimum quantities, receive a monthly enrollment report together with their payment and require no integration with RelyData to operate.

Restrictions of Sponsorship Programs

Affiliate Partners are paid for sales generated from their referrals but do not directly sell RelyData services to consumers, nor can they modify pricing, branding, or communications with the consumer. Partners who wish to have more control over their program should consider the benefits of a Reseller or Sponsorship program.

The following are just a few examples of acceptable Programs and do not include all possible configurations:

1. Affinity website promoting Control Your ID solutions to its members
2. Bloggers seeking to monetize the traffic on their sites usingtargeted advertising
3. Financial institutions or identity theft experts seeking to provide a recommendation for a related service that generates additional profit for the Partner
