Email: legal@relydata.com, and applies to your use of the RelyData website located at www.relydata.com and any subdomains including Control Your ID and other RelyData properties. (collectively as "Site"). In this Agreement, "you" or "your" means any person or entity using the Site.

By accessing, browsing and/or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound to the Terms and Conditions and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. RelyData reserves the right to change any terms, conditions, policies, rules or guidelines governing the Terms and Conditions, and the Site, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective upon posting of the revisions on the Site. All notices of changes will be posted on the Site for thirty (30) days. You are responsible for reviewing the notice and any applicable changes. RelyData hereby grants you a limited license to copy and use the materials, features, and services provided by RelyData on this Site (collectively the "Materials") solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Conditions. The design and layout of the Site are specifically excluded from the Materials. No other use of the Site or Materials is authorized. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all use of your email address and will notify RelyData immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. No Transfer of Property Rights. The products, technology, and/or processes described and/or used on this Site may be the subject of intellectual property rights reserved by RelyData or other third parties. Except for the limited license granted above, nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring to you in any manner, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license, title, or ownership of or to any intellectual property right of RelyData or any third party.

RelyData does not make any representation that Materials on this Site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States , and accessing the Materials or the Site from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
8. Indemnification. Upon a request by RelyData, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RelyData and its affiliates, and their employees, contractors, officers, and directors, from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, that arise from your use or misuse of this Site. RelyData reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with RelyData in asserting any available defenses.
9. Enforcement by RelyData. In the event RelyData determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, RelyData shall have the right to immediately remove any materials you have placed on the Site and/or terminate your access to the Site, without prior notice to you, and/or pursue any other remedies available to it under applicable law.
10. Governing Law. This Agreement and the rights and obligations of the parties hereunder shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the internal laws of Illinois without regard to conflict of law principles. Any claims or actions arising out of or in connection with this Agreement may be brought only in the Illinois State Courts located in the City of Chicago or the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and both parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
